This is definitely your go to affordable, no frills neighborhood pizza spot! This pizzeria is pretty unassuming along Northern Boulevard but we are so glad we tried it... many consider this a neighborhood gem and OG spot, we can totally see why. We ordered a variety of slices to try and the bottoms came out crispy to perfection (no flop), sauce to cheese and meat ratio were good. I would say they're hefty slices for the price as well. Please note they are a cash only establishment. There are a few tables to eat in there but we opted for takeout. Will definitely come back to try out a whole pie next time!

Keepin it real out here on Northern Didn't expect a solid pizza spot like this here in Flushing, also the name threw me off a bit, but the pizza is pretty on point (at least from my 1 time visit experience) The wait was a bit long with my meatball pizza but other than that, straightforward solid spot

Local spot on my block!! Has not only amazing pizza but their garlic knots are a must as well! If not in the mood for pizza they have entrees, pastas, and more and the portions are huge! The staff is always fast and friendly and can get in and out pretty quickly. They do have a couple spots to sit inside if you want to eat in but since I live close I always just order take out. Two thumbs up!

Xtra Cheese Pizza is great! All of the food is delicious! The pizza slices are big and all of the other foods (sandwiches, pasta plates, entrees are good size portions. Everything is made fresh to order and the staff is always awesome! 5 star experience every time!!

I am new to the area and tried this place for the first time and it hit the spot. I got half pepperoni and plain and everything was on point. The two guys in the front were friendly and welcoming too. I will be back!

I honestly haven't tasted anything better than here. During covid time, I ordered from almost every pizzeria possible but found myself going back tot his place. If you wanna try a real NYC pizza, this is it. Food, nothing to say, it's just great. I tried pizza (all combos, plain, scilian, hawaiian, house special), stromboli, sausage, zittis, etc. Perfection. Food + great folks there make this place a 5 star place. I rarely ever leave a review, and leaving a review cuz it's been great last 15 years.

Two brothers own this local flushing pizza shop and they've always been warm and hospitable. I've been getting food from them for well over a decade and a half. The pizza is great for on the go and the sandwich's are pretty good. Grab a good slice of pizza from extra cheese and support a local family owned business.

Ordered the mushroom pie here to go. Price is good and it's also pretty convenient for me to get to. There were a few people sitting inside, with just a few tables. The pie was really big. Big enough to almost half to fold the crust in some places to fit in the pizza box, so that's awesome. I think the pie needed a bit more sauce or salt. I ended up adding some salt to mine when I got home to help it out. Freezes and reheats well too. Unfortunately, the place is CASH ONLY. So beware of that! Luckily, there was an ATM in the deli next door. Overall, the pizza is made well here and has great texture and crust, but I think I still prefer Lucia's on Roosevelt in terms of flavor.

Xtra cheese place has been around for years and continue with their great quality. You come in and just get a sense of nostalgia. Just like the name says, they put a LOT of cheese on their stuff. But the sauce isn't lacking either. You come here if you want that nice carby goodness that is their pizza. And I personally crave the sausage parm hero from time to time. A personal favorite of mine. Very filling, tasty, and affordable. If you haven't tried Xtra cheese then what are you waiting for? Try this happiness for yourself!
